Our Mission
Emily Dickinson’s words are a guiding light for the work of Clover + Bee. Our mission is to provide a space for emerging and established creators to showcase their work and create a “prairie” of beauty and emotion. By publishing powerful prose, evocative poetry, and stunning pieces of art, we strive to offer an opportunity for creators and readers to experience some much needed reverie.
This is our prairie.
The name for Clover + Bee was inspired by Emily Dickinson’s poem:
To Make a Prairie…
To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee,
One clover, and a bee.
And revery.
The revery alone will do,
If bees are few.
